Contract Signing

We first understand what needs to be done with your project and then proceed with a contract. Included here are expectations setting. As your Web Design / Developers we will try our best to meet expectations

Website Architecture

After the paper work has been done and the deposit paid, we will sit down with you to plot out your website menu. This needs your input because you know your services better than us.

Design Draft and Approval

Prior to us building a website, we provide the web design drafts. Once the elements within the site have been approved, we will start the build. Doing the design drafts usually takes anywhere between 1 to 4 weeks depending on the elements involved. We always try to deliver before deadlines and will advice if we are not able

Web Development

Once all design drafts have been approved, we will start the build. We will provide you with a Dev site URL and you can follow along as you wish. We are also agile developers so if you see an element that you don’t like, you can also advise and we can change it on the spot. Pls bear in mind that changes, depending on your contract have a cost associated with it.

Dev Site Access

We will provide you with a development site access that is not public. Only you or your designate can follow the web development process live

Approval of Dev Site

Once we have completed integrating the website, we will ask for your approval. Once approved we can move forward in launching the new website.

Website Launch

This normally takes us about 6 to 8 weeks depending on the complexity of the web design and functional specs. Once you have approved everything, we will enable the website to be live.

Page Speed

One of the things we work on is after the website has launched is page speed. This is important for very competitive online industries. The faster your website, the higher your ranking as speed is now a ranking factor.

Browser Compatibility

This is something that can only be done once the website is live. We ensure that it shows up properly for all browsers, all operating systems and all mobile versions as well.
